Will is 2 months old!

How sweet it is to watch your baby begin to show their personality! Will has been smiling for a couple of weeks now....and he has even begun cooing and talking to us. I never knew a baby did these things this early....Liza was such a serious baby! I don't know that she really smiled until almost 4 months! :) Which is so funny to think about now because she laughs hysterically all the time....even when she just hears someone laughing on TV. :) Back to Will.....happy 2nd month, sweet boy! You are such an easy and happy baby.... You fill my days with joy! I love watching you take in this new world! Most of all, I love that you are still so young that you make me feel as though I am all you need. I love our quiet little moments....you smile and talk to me as if I am the only person in the world. I am soaking it all up now.....I know by next month you will have awakened to the world even more....you will probably soon become so smitten with your big sis that you will forget all about me! :)

Perry Fair!

What a fun Friday we had going to the Georgia National Fair in Perry, GA! To all my Mississippi friends reading this.....our fair is just gross. Disgusting. Not to mention that you have to watch your every step or you will trip over the gigantic wires on the ground.....don't get me wrong, I still have many fond memories of going to Jackson to the fair every year (Nikki, I will always think of you and the fair....it was always the official beginning of fall and we would try on 1 million new sweaters till we found the right one....and it always ended in drama b/c either my mom was upset that I was giving away all my new clothes or one of your sisters would be mad b/c we had taken one of their sweaters....hahah.....but we had to look good, right? You never knew who you might end up sitting next to on the Ferris wheel!). Anyway....the GA fair is just so clean and nice....it is a great family/kid outing!

Will and Liza in the double Bob bundled up because it was FREEZING!

We met up with the Dodds......here is Liza and Matthew on a Kubota Tractor.

Liza chomping on some roasted corn.....gotta love fair food! And you gotta love "Miss Claire" for giving up her Friday night to hang with the Parish's!

Liza with the best view around.....

Snuggling to keep warm! :)

Our whole fair crew chillin at the Kubota tent (minus the Dodds.....they had smartly already taken their child home....hahaa.....notice Liza's red nose from the cold air...on the way home, though, Liza had her first hot chocolate, or should I say first "lukewarm watered down hot chocolate"....it made being out in the cold worth it!).

These next 2 pics are not from the fair..... They are some that Claire shared with me that she had taken various babysitting times......they were just too cute not to post!

super adorable and definitely sneaky at the same time! :)

Happy 1st Month!!!

Today Will is 1 month old!!! He is still the sweetest little thing and I am eating him up every day! He is lifting his head off the ground when on his tummy, and I think I might have caught the beginnings of a smile yesterday! (Of course it was probably just gas or wishful mommy dreaming....) :)

Happy Birthday, Handsome....

Look at how big I've gotten!

Sweet little feet....

Even sweeter with big sister's little hands on sweet feet....

Fun Photos....

I am attempting to organize all my photos from the past couple weeks....here are some recent fun photos I thought I would post!

Matthew Dodd and Liza give some BIG cheeses! :)

Liza trying to get used to her helmet....Lee is dying to take her bike riding with him. I think we will have to wait until we get one that fits a bit better! :)

One of Liza's newest favorite activities.....I am just waiting for the day to have crayon all over the wall. :) I just added a majic eraser to my Wal-Mart list. So far, though, she does great keeping it just on the paper.....breaks my heart how fast she is growing up!

Another new favorite: Pretending to do laundry.....now if we could just get her to really learn...... :)

And of course: Her Most FAVORITE new activity.....

Have I mentioned that Lee has some favorite new activities too? haha... The Hinsons came over to hang out Saturday night.... Lee did some push-ups with Liza on his back to show off....but then we really put him to the test.... In the back is Annabelle, Liza in the middle, and Judah hanging on in the front. Please also notice that in addition to hanging on for dear life, Judah is also hanging on to a football in his other hand.....so cute and such a boy. :)

From the Blue Chair....

I hope it doesn't gross anyone out...but this is my life right now. :) Here is a video I took of Liza from sitting in my glider in Will's room. Yes, I am nursing......that will explain the hilarious noise that comes from Will right at the beginning of the video.

This really is one of those videos that might be boring to anyone other than her parents and grandparents.....it is 4 minutes long. But, if you understand what it is like to be smitten with a kid, then you understand why this video is just so precious to me! I wanted to always be able to remember what Liza looked like and did at this age and how she acted while I was busy with Will......soooo......without further delay......enjoy the show! :) (and please ignore my embarrassing singing.....)
